Dear Scratchers,
Many, many thanks to all of you for downloading us to our second number 1 of the year in the tourdates chart, we add Teen Idol to You want the world as tracks that have made the top slot, with Destroyed by the look of love gaining a top 2 spot for 5 weeks in May/June it makes a pretty exciting hat-trick of releases for us.
Once again big thanks to Recharged Radio, Hugh Davenport and Marco Pirroni for their support of the track and turning a b-side into a number 1!
As recently twittered watch out for the video, in production as we speak!
Lovely stuff!

Radio 209 105 FM Cambridge have been playing You want the world (and commented that it sounded like the Buzzcocks) and playing Teen Idol from tonight (they really liked it!)

Motorcity Blog (USA) - like the music even though The Scratch aren't from Detroit so might want some autographed CDs, as giveaways to readers! (we maybe able to be persuaded!)

Marco Pirroni - Album quote!!!!
Dear Scratchers,
On the back of the brilliant Clint quote, here's one from another of our big heroes!!!
"An amalgam of T.Rex, Velvet Underground and other good things including a big dollop of themselves, The Scratch do eccentric English rock ‘n’ roll with weird but catchy riffs over the top of it all. At times dark and other times funny, they don't do po-faced indie. Thank
God! Check them out guys!"
- Marco Pirroni (ex-Adam & the Ants/The Wolfmen & Howl Records)
Frickin 'ell!!!!!
God bless ya Mr.P!
